Feel silly for asking, but I can't seem to find any way to ask for help with this site. Is the only way to post a public discussion about an issue?

    You can post publicly or PM one of the admins. That is good feedback though, and I'll take a look at adding a little info about how to get support in the webapp. People also email us at contact_us@elevengiants.com, which is on the main elevengiants.com website.
