Hats and helikitties

Pretty please. May we purchase hats (helipads?) that are especially attractive to helikitties. If you wear your helipad and come across a helikitty there would be a whatever-% -chance seems good chance that a helikitty would land on you, curl up, and sleep. Unless you jump. Or leave the street.
